A long as it's animated by a real animation company in Japan with experience with Anime and is not some stuffty American Anime imitation bullstuff, and actually has a decent story, I'd watch it.

But they could have a Japanese animation studio animate it. Like the Halo anime, it's being animated by Bones, even though the game and everything originated here in the US.
