1. Working baseplate alignment - XY should be multiples of 4
       I made this possible by placing the mid-edge of a 32x baseplate on the (0, 0) coordinate, then working on from there

2. Loan paypack - pay back your loans

3. Items are expensive - I'll try to keep items over $500

4. Vehicle spawns - $10,000 for one

5. Higher cost and lower tax for lots

Think, every admin a criminal.
Shoots someone, they get jailed.
The cop gets banned, and they continue their rampage.
No one else can try to stop the admin with a gun, because it's admin only.
