PYLONS!

YOU MUST CONSTRUCT ADDITIONAL PYLONS

In the popular Blizzard game Starcraft, pylons are a special type of building which projects a blue circle on the ground nearby. In this circle and only in this circle you can build stuff.

Now, the question.
Would it be possible to make a mod where you could only build in the radius of a special brick? I.E. A pylon? And would it also be possible to have GUI where you can change the size of the radius and toggle admin excusiveness?

Edit: Now that we know this is possible, can someone step up and try this?

I also would love to see this ingame. Someone with superior blb skills should totally make a Bloko-ized pylon as a brick.
