Personally, I would make the health bars into blue 1X1 pieces, but not totally detailed like in game, because that will just look tacky with the cartoony shield bar. Though complications in scripting still remain so I should shut up.

I support this 100% although it's not looking too plausible from what I read.

Also, why do people make bitchy remarks when someone makes halo stuff but nobody cares about TF2 or Half-Life or CSS?
Because Valve games are more popular.

Why it might not be new and revolutionary, the hud is put together in a way that makes it quite sleek, stylish, and easy on the eyes, which might be something some people would like.

The kinds of people I hate are the people that care only about graphics, the people that put down a game due to it being "overrated", and the people that put down games because of their simplicity/complexity.

Ontopic: I'm going to make a HUD for iban's Healthbar. Mind if I use your pics Blocklandfreak12? I like how they look toonish and look like they were drawn with crayon. :D

To say Halo is over-rated is an understatement. I don't hate halo. I hate the loving fancigarettes who try to national socialist it into every single game and do a stuffty job.

And it's not the only game with a nice-to-look-at HUD.
