So i got new Graphic's card a Nvidia one.

And when i try to play a game it lags even with the settings all set to low.

And i even have -DXlevel 81 and it fixed it.

That is not the only problem.

So when i go to like play left 4 dead it crashes not due of lag it doesn't lag and it does the same with my other games.

All i can play is Half life 1 and Blue shift and opposing force and plants vs zombies.

Need help.

Australia is known to have stuff connections to other countries. I know I when to a server with packer on it and he had 40 ping. I had 220. I average 20-40.

you're cutting it a bit fine. I think that's only just over minimum requirements. you'll have to run it at like 640x480 with lowest possible settings or something.
