Gta 4 glitch

I haven't played gta 4 for a while but right after the 10th mission finish i got that achievement you get for unlocking all 3 parts of the city. So i checked the map but it said i only had alquionin unlocked. I don't know what happened to how i got that achievement.

theres 3 ways way 1: hide under the subway tunnels
way 2: fly in a helicopter
way 3:drive around and hope not to get killed

Then they'll get an education to how much of a sick person their parent is. And maybe they'll be smarter to not upset or defy them. ;)
