Oh I forgot about that...
What you want to do is click Others on that left side there.
Change the following options:
Turn on "Use Axes other than X and Y". (This will allow you to use all the joysticks)
Turn on "Use POV switches". (This is for a d-pad if you have one)
If you're going to be using a stick for building, turn on "Handle diagonal input as special case".
If you're going to use a stick for movement (WASD) or building, set "Threshold for input" to about 25%.
