Seeing your response to my critique and stuff shows that you definitely are immature. Yep, you act just like most kids do. When they see anything but praise, they immediately throw it off and get mad at it, instead of looking at the whole picture. If you want to refuse to become a better artist by trying to draw only imagined things and never understand what things really should look like, be my guest. You'll never improve though, and you'll always be getting proportions wrong. YES I know manga, can have large eyes. However, if they are too big and the rest doesn't counter it somehow, then it looks wrong. Mostly its the hair being too thin on the scalp. You can go ahead and deny this as well if you wish, I just know you will.
Also I never anywhere in my post said "you suck" at anything. This also proves you are just a kid, not understanding the world, and thus you are trying to place words in my mouth, because you can't handle the honest truth. If you want to continue down the wrong path, go right ahead, you'll never improve if you don't have a good foundation to base your stuff on. I never said you had to copy copy copy and never imagine things. I said you must first understand the real world and its objects before you can start imagining things, after all, every imagined object was somehow derived from what somebody has seen anyway, even if that thing you saw was also imagined, at some point somebody based it off of a real world object more than likely anyway.
So yeah, go ahead, act like a kid, you are one anyway, and I wouldn't expect you, or any other kid to understand the real world and how things work.
To be calling me a douchebag also further proves your idiocy, and it's people like you that almost make me want to give up even trying here at Blockland, because most of you guys never learn, and just blow off the truth as an attack of some kind, and just get mad at the poster. You would never accept anything but positive feedback on your art, meaning you are a selfish artist who's not willing to learn new things.
Being an artist is also learning how to handle the negative criticism. If you think I'm bad, which I'm not, then you really don't want to know what some people can and will say. I'm just an honest critique, I will say what I feel and I do not regret the results of my actions, as I know a real mature artist, will not act in such a way as you did.
Either way, I don't care. Say what you want. It's not going to stop me. EVER. IF you can't handle it, then maybe the art world is not a world for you, because sooner or later, you are going to have to deal with this stuff, and if you never learn how, then its going to eat you alive.
