  I wouldn't download it because:
  1. It sucks
  2. It isn't transparent
  3. The colors you chose are terrible
  4. The little blockland character in the pocket wearing the default avatar makes it
       look stupid

  Tips I will give you:
  1. Get some experience with making decals and only post the good ones
  2. Get a painting software that can make better decals(NOT MSPaint!)
  3. Don't tell someone they fail just because they don't agree with you
  4. Don't add any little people in the decal like you did with this one

It's not the tool but the artist.

Also, look at some decals that come with Blockland. Try to follow the style that fits with the game. Don't rush it, take your time... especially since you aren't very good yet. That's all I can think of.

Especially TheWorm's decals. They're very professional-looking, and well-made.
