Lego racer: Made in china

This was on Lord tony's server. He was driving around in his lego racer vehicle (Made by doom monkey) when a wheel "Fell" off. Not a hoax, we didn't know wtf happened.

It usually happens when you admin orb alot with a vehicle or get stuck in a brick.

He was driving up a ramp, and the wheel flew off o_o

There is a console command to remove all the wheels but I don't know how you can remove just one.

If you go too fast you lose wheels.

I think it's having the max wheel speed over 150.

Is it possible to fix the wheels/prevent them from falling off?
I discovered this when I was playing with the jeeps properties, and wanted to know if it's possible to prevent.
