rules,they tart to cry and i ask...''They shouldn't come to this server anymore?(can i ban em!?)
and he says ''No.'' If i owned the server id ban every nuisance to me.Not to act abusive but i don't

It made perfect sense, His friend hosted a server that had a-lot of people connected at all times, they were being noobs though so the host 'laid down rules' and they left, and he asked if he can ban them all for being neusenses.
