So yesterday Me and my bro and my lil bro went to the trampoline, There's these three kids just stairing at us Johny (The big fat kid wich brings his friends over just so they can yell crap at us) And this one kid who's on meds for being hyper or something like that forgot what they said, and this one tall one, anyway the one who was on meds came over here and said do you want to be my friend?
I said go die my bro called my mom who was pulling weads then the kid on meds runs away then they come back into our yard sit down and yell stuff like I SLIMED YOUR MOM and WHATCHA GONNA DO SHOOT ME? the day before this my mom was watering plants and the kid on meds was yelling crap at her too like I watered your plants better pay me, so after a while of them yelling at us my mom went down by all of em johny and the tall one ran but the kid on meds stood his ground, not sure what she told them but it got them to stop for a bit then they started up again soo after a while of them trying to piss us off my mom went to talk to johny's parents the kid on meds had to go home and johny and the tall one had to shut up :] So yeah they're finally gonna shut up for a bit

Whether you perceive me as acting tough or not is not my business, Rughugger, though I'm not going to change my behaviour to avoid a 99 Red Balloons situation.
What I'm suggesting is simple, and is brown townogous to breaking from a loop. Words can be disregarded by indivuduals, though people tend to respond to pain nearly faultlessly. Besides, this guy's a kid, the worst he'll get is many long talks and/or ear bashings, or being grounded.

I was 8 years old when I was taken from my home and family, placed into a psych ward, then a shelter, then foster care because I reacted in ways that were violent and inappropriate to my peers and classmates. There were no walks for me, there were no talks for me. Just a lot of happy pills and a complete removal of any privileges I once enjoyed. I was fortunate enough to be in a foster home where they realized I didn't need to be doped up to behave. So trust me when I say they can do quite a bit when it comes to aggravated assault with something like shooting people with steel ball bearings. It happened to me and all I did was break a few noses and quote Ren and Stimpy. Never underestimate the prowess of parental overreaction.

So whether you think of yourself as helpful in a situation, you should realize that not everything will react in the least severe manner as possible. I'm living proof of that.

His actions are justified to some extent in the sense that his neighbours may have tormented him to the point in which he retaliated, given you haven't pointed out why you went around dealing out blows, I'd assume they put you on pills because you acted aggressively for seemingly no reason, which is understandable.
