The Pyro is a girl

The sad thing is that all classes that wear hats by default, can have theirs removed, but what about the Demoman? I looked at him in Model Viewer, he doesn't have a hatless version, you can only remove the flap that covers up his taped on smiley drawing :(

Also, how to be hatless?

Hmm, i would think so, but how does his beanie keep his hair down then? Isn't it too small/light to keep his 'fro down?

Also, what about the Solder? He can be made hatless in Model Viewer, but can he be hatless in game without the medals or something?
