I'm not as strong as I used to be with criticism. It's been happening to me a lot lately, not just here. I have a hard time telling between constructive, positive, and negative criticism anymore.

i suggest exploring different varieties of hair styles. Different shapes, etc.
You should also discover different head types. Don't use the same shape for every person. Each head shape and hairstyle gives a character a different attitude, personality and makes them distinct from other people. It's the reason why I stopped using circle heads all the time.
note: I'm not saying your current head shape is bad, just saying that you should use variety.
