Author Topic: Art - Megathread (Post artwork here instead of creating a new thread)  (Read 226386 times)

LOL. What do you mean post artwork here instead of creating a new thread? You don't own us, it was okay with the thread for artwork that didn't deserve its own thread, but what about the artwork that does? That makes basically the whole Creativity section useless other than this topic, forget you.

It's for simple artwork, you loving stuff.  If you work up an amazing piece then go ahead and post a topic, but if it's some scribble you're doing on the side post it here.

What the forget is wrong with you lol

Because this totally explains "post artwork here in stead of creating a new thread."
Edit: To clarify what I'm saying--he didn't have to change the name from artwork that doesn't deserve its own thread, to this. This implies all artwork should go here. That's loving ridiculous.

No, it does not.  The title doesn't state specifically what you should and shouldn't post here.  Your implement is drawn from false conclusion.

His initial post informs you of its purpose:
That's right you heard me.
This is basically a mega thread for all your work that you want to post, but you don't want to make a new thread to showcase it.
People have been posting small pieces that crowd up the creativity section for a while now.

No, it does not.  The title doesn't state specifically what you should and shouldn't post here.  Your implement is drawn from false conclusion.

His initial post informs you of its purpose:
It said that before, and it still says it now. The difference is the name.
And if the original post implies different purpose than the name, the name is misleading, so there's still a problem.

Again, your assumption is false.  The title does not specifically state you MUST post it here.  It implies you can, or cannot.  Because there is no "You can" or "You must" then you can't assume it's a demand.

Hmmm....
You're picture, Tingalz, really represents the strings that bind us all together...
The dots representing our collective consciences...
Mmhmmm...

Actually, yes I can.
"((You [understood]) Post artwork here instead of creating a new thread)"
Your assumption is false, sorry.
Edit: And no matter how you pick apart the grammar, that's still not the point Lalam. The point is, he didn't have to change the name to something so demanding. It could have stayed the same. Is that so hard to understand?

I dont see how posting the title of the thread proves anything, but ok.

Actually, yes I can.

It is the point, because you said it was an issue.
This title seems more efficient.  And no one has had a problem with it aside from you.

The title doesn't say "YOU MUST POST YOUR ARTWORK HERE INSTEAD OF CREATING A NEW THREAD"
stop whining about loving nothing, "Artwork that doesn't deserve it's own thread" sounded like art posted here was bad, so he changed it.

Seriously, everybody understands what it means one way or the other, and if they don't there's a very clear explanation in the OP.
