Author Topic: A toned down editor wand- The "Mover Wand"  (Read 446 times)

I played rtb 1.045 (hurf durf i am retro) for a while, and I saw the abilities of the editor wand. It was pretty neat. I thought of an idea, though.

Take the editor wand from Vanilla Blockland, and strip it of all editing abilities excluding turning the block into a temp brick. This would be useful if you misplaced a brick, but it is supporting a huge load of bricks. Take the "Mover Wand" and turn said misplaced brick into a temp brick, and move it to the right place. If you moved it in a way that would collapse the load, it would give you a "Float brick" error.

No, this possible "Mover wand" would not be admin only, but you could only move your own brick.

Good idea, yes or no?

It should be like the Duplicator, where it would take everything on top of it. That would be the only way to make it useful...

Yeah, I was gonna include that in the first post, but while typing I forgot what my idea was.

Then wouldn't it make a giant ghost brick?

Isn't this possible already? Kill the brick then turn it into a ghost brick?

exactly what I was thinking.
