Nobody joins and my friend says its dead? please help me solve this problem. I run on Windows XP.

Are you actually using the IP address you put into there? If you are not, you should set up a static IP address.

192.168.2.1 is what i use to access my router page but 192.168.2.2 is what i need to use when i re-enter it.

Check in Blockland to make sure you're using port 28000.
This is found in advanced config I believe.
