This is because setup files(most of them) have to unpack files to temp folder to install them, but you probably aren't administrator, so you get this error.

Running it using msiexec /i {file loc} /quiet didn't throw any messages up, But as its on quiet mode, I have no idea if its even working :P

PROTIP: Many Windows XP games are more compatible with the x86 Architecture of Windows Vista.
Like:

Roller Coaster Tycoon 2
Civilization 3
Mall Tycoon
and other ones I'm too lazy to post.

Drag the installer into your Temp directory (C:\Users\Tails\AppData\Local\Temp) directory and then run it. It should run.

Both Vista and Windows 7 will whine and complain about installers. In a nutshell, they're both crap when it comes to this. :/
