Author Topic: Installers make me sad, HALP NOW INTERNETS.  (Read 2240 times)






If your admin, do these steps...
1. Start > Accessories > Run
2. MSCONFIG
3. Tools tab
4. Click the Disable UAC/UAP function, and click Launch.
5. The command prompt will run, then exit it and restart your computer.
6. Attempt running the installer again.

This is recommended ONLY if your computer can start up quickly right after a shut down.

Tried them all.

Only problem is, No download links for windows installer 5, also can't find way to uninstall it.


You really think i would use a computer without being admin?

Delete your hard drive, ALL OF IT!

I just did... Installing windows takes a while... :(

try installing to another location like a subfolder in documents or something

Installer can't (won't) copy files to the temp directory so it doesn't start
