PC not laptop(PCs are faster because they dont have everything embedded into one chip to save space.)

And since its not embedded, I can overclock the graphics and processor :D

And the price?

PC Desktop not laptop(PCs are faster because they dont have everything embedded into one chip to save space.) What? No. That is not why laptops are slow, its because they generally have slower parts then desktops to limit heat output, save space, and extend bettery life.

I fixed some stuff.

I fixed some stuff.

Thank you, but thats also a reason why laptops are slow. Because parts are embedded to save space. And thats slower.

Just because some parts are embedded doesn't necessarily mean that they are slow, you can still get laptops wilt extremely powerful parts.

Haha.

The reason why a laptop may be slower is because the laptop's specs probably weren't as good as your recently acquired desktop.

Laptops can be "faster" than desktops.
It's all in the processor and GPU.

Also, the thing you said about "embedded". Who the forget did you learn computing from?
I could make a computer in a pizza-box sized case. As long as it's cooled properly, it can be just as fast as a computer (of the same specs) in a bigger box.

Only 160GB?

Its an '04, was my bros old comp. Im gonna put a new hard drive in.

EDIT: Which was why it was so cheap :3

He does take care of his things though. So im not afraid.

Only 160GB?

I dont even use 80...

A computer with 160GB is like god to me.

Hell, My Geforce 6150SE, id kill for a better one.

Having everything embedded onto the same board would be faster anyways. Less distance between parts.

I have 500gb.  I had filled up 250 gb once.

Yes, by unmeasurable speeds!

Somehow I manage to always fill up 230GB.

I really don't even know how.

Also,
Core 2 Duo E7300 2.66GHz
4GB RAM
Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit SP2
Nvidia GeForce 9800GT 512MB
