Blockland has no "currency" so no. You don't need to buy credits to wear certain decals or get "VIP" in servers. However if your are on a server using a mod, like Cash-mod or Cityrpg (You don't want to play in those servers but you know) you have to earn money by doing jobs or such, But those don't affect you on any other server but the one with that mod. Hope that I helped and hope to see you on Blockland some day.
