does anyone know how to remove the orange tip? I bought a mock-silencer for it that needs the orange tip removed.

Pick up an old former USSR helmet from some junk website and paint it black, or get a helmet cover. That way you'll get a satisfying 'clunk' when you tap magazines against it. Also, it'll probably be cheaper.

also can someone seriously look up how to remove this loving orange flash hider

i can't figure it out. it doesn't screw off easily (but it does, theres something holding it on) and I can't find any points that I can use a screwdriver or another tool.

thats the thing, the kit came with a black flash hider that is METAL to replace the loving plastic one

so I want to remove this piece of stuff plastic combo-breaker (because my gun is mostly metal) and put on something that makes more sense.

I don't paint or sharpee guns, especially not when they cost me $200.

Did you mean mostly plastic? But i think if you really hate it get something like a screw on plastic silencer.

no bro, this gun is nearly solid metal

just a sling mount or two and the pistol grip are solid ABS plastic

i can't put on a damn screw-on silencer if I can't access where the orange tip is. its a threaded tip on a threaded part of the barrel where you'd screw on a silencer etc.

there should be a really small hex screw that you need to remove with an allen key, chances are though, you'll have to jump through several more hoops to get the flash hider completely off

as I said, it won't just magically go over the flash hider thats on there. thats why I want to remove the damn thing >:C

it didn't come with an allen key, nor is there a hex screw or a screw of any kind. it looks like the kind of screw with a rounded off head that probably doesn't even come out.

edit: let me reword that: there are screws that cannot be unscrewed by any logical way.
