I want a chest rig, but I currently wear an old US Military Jacket:

Like this one, and I don't really want to give it up (it provides perfect protection and temperature). What does anyone suggest?

A bit, but the BB's make a THWACK noise when they hit it, so I can hear the hits.

Oh it's that kind of material. I asked because I've played with some people that come in with big heavy overcoats, and it's often that they don't feel shots.
