I'm looking for a pistol, perferably has. I have never had a gas pistol, or any thing in that case, how cheap are they, and how long would they last.
I'm looking for something with a nice range of attachments. (Removable and stuff)

Get any KWA. Most of their guns have rails to attach lights and lasers. If you're looking for a 1911 I would recommend WE because they have a huge selection of them from classic to tactical, and the magazines are cheap.

He was thinking a SCAR-H, but couldn't find the correct one.

He has a 400-800 dollar price range. If you find something better, don't be afraid to go over the price limit. He's hit some money.

I'm in florida. We'd need someone with a car, and old enough to drive coss-crountry without bitching parents.

I would definetly put in 50 bucks towards gas and fields.
