Author Topic: Any different ways to Port Forward?  (Read 311 times)

Yes, I know there is portforward.com, but I do not know my router password. I once tryed to press the RESET button on the back, but it did not work. And, I have other stuff that needs to be Port Forwarded. Netbattle, for example (the online Pokemon game).

Help?

The only two alternatives for port forwarding are:

1. DMZ, however you still need the router password, and DMZ is not recommended.
2. Hook the ethernet cable from the modem straight to your computer, however no other computers will be able to access the internet and it's pretty well the same effects as DMZ. All ports will be exposed on that computer.

Ask your parents?
I did..but only my Brother knew the password. But he just said he forgot it. That's a fail, huh?

Ooo...that just might work... :)
