Now James bond Quantom Of Solace wont work...

I was Installing James bond Quantom Of Solace and it finished sucessfully. but when i tryed to open the game this happend: it had an error saying this...   
                                This application has failed to start because d3dx9_37.dll was not found Re-installing the application may fix the problem.
                             
 Then i try Re-Installling the program. it gives me an error saying this now:     Error reading setup intalzaiton file.

 This is really pissing me off.  Please tell me a patch or fix for the problem. Thanks

whats you pc specs i think your pc might be the problem

The d3dx9_37.dll may be caused by having a corrupt installation of DirectX on your system. Reinstall DirectX 9 if you are on Windows XP or 10 if you are on Vista.

As for the setup initialization file error, your CD is probably dirty/scratched.

If it's there, you could just download the .dll file from a website.

Nevermind guys theres nothing wrong with my system and i have all the requirements its just that i didnt even let my comp install the game.  post shuts down tommorow
