You are a loving idiot, Badspot never said you can rip peoples models and use them in your map.
He just means use the terrain from a map for a base of your map.
Pandan can tell you that your not allowed to use his map in any way or editing, he made it.

Edit: If you so badly want  to make a rainbow road map, model it yourself.

By the way i would be most honored of someone editing my map because they found some flaws in it and wanted to simply let the community know that there should be some edited material.
