I know we already have legend spells in the game, but I was thinking, A that a lot of them aren't very different from eachother, and B that that wand was kind of stupid looking. (I mean seriously, when was the last time you saw a Medieval wizard walking around with a wand like that.)
There was, however, a mod released that was a lightning bolt spell that was basically an invisible shape with a particle effect on it, so it made the player look like their hand was crackling with electricity when they pulled the spell out.
I think it would be really cool if someone made more spells like that. (Also, if anyone does, please make a healing spell, for clerics and such.)
