I don't think so. I've seen people do it before. Just make sure you and whoever else is using it have different clan tags so people can tell you apart.

Now and again my lappy and my pc have a different ip (no idea why, same router), But been no problems for me

As long as you're playing Blockland under the same modem, you should be fine.
However, once that key gets used by two different IPs (different modems) you'll surely get it deactivated if Badspot finds out. And if he doesn't find out, the system will automatically disconnect one of them.

I go over to my friends house and we sometimes play Blockland so I put my key on their other computer.

I sometimes play it over there. Don't deactivate my key.

It should only be deactivated if you are trying to use the same key from different places (if that's not what it already is). If not, that's like a game company de-activating online gameplay for a game you bought from them if you play it somewhere other than your house D:
