Honestly I'd rather stick to my nice comfy v12.

It's not that I hate 0002, it's just that I'm so used to the way things are in v12, what with events, graphics and no lag at 2000 bricks, I would have a hard time trying to do stuff.

You have to start on a baseplate either provided by an admin or by the map itself.

i.e. there wasn't a dynamic rendering system so bricks couldn't be recolored except to specific textures. Very few colorsets. One neat thing was the textured bricks, I guess.

The game messed up with the brick stack in many ways so hacks like floating and overlapping bricks were added to stop the wand levelling your builds from totally unrelated places.

DLing and trying it out, i came to blockland in mid v8 (which rocked) and i was insterested in how blockland was in the beginning so thanks, this really helps :)
