How so?

If you die fully, there is no way to prevent from getting kicked.

Ah well. Leave that up to the server administrator to disable the AFK kicker if he or she is running a TDM with lives.

It uses a temporarily mounted image for control. In that case, getting stunned and probably a lot of other mods will remove your hats as well.
