That happens in Tales of Symphonia 2 alot, because this guy named Richter is so loving overpowered. And it happens once in Hl2, when Alyx saves you from some friggin civil protection units.

  I remember when I played the AvP2 game on the marines miss ion with volume on max an lights were off. Then an alien came out of no where and starts clawing me and screams and I jumped. Then I destroyed their nest and I was chased by tons of aliens, no matter how many times you shot them they just kept coming. Then they would climb over the gate right when it closed.

No kidding, this IS THE FINAL BOSS OF EARTHBOUND, A FOR ALL AGES GAME, and it was based off a scene in a movie the creator thought was rape, and scarred him for life.
I couldn't sleep for a week after fighting this when i was young.
