People do surprise proposals at events like these all the time. This one just happened to end up poorly for the guy. Maybe he cheated on her, and she found out. You don't know it. Other people were at the game, aswell, when that happened. Read the comments section.

I just saw one, they where at the baseball stadium when the guy did it. The chick had such a bad reaction, she said " Oh my God" like someone took a stuff in front of her. It shows that some people get so embarrassed that they just say Yes or No just to get it over with as fast as possible.
