We share it pretty evenly at the moment. I can't think of anyone else I'd trust with the job. Decent add-ons will always get approved within 24 hours. It's the crappy looking ones or the ones with loads of problems that get stuck waiting for ages. The moral of the story is to make decent working add-ons - it's not too much to ask.
Once I get the next iteration of the Mod Scanner working it will filter out a lot of the crap for us and hopefully just allow us to deal with things that a non-sentient robot can't make a decision on.
