I heard that the messaging and friends list will be on a jabber server. Will we be able to change that so that we can talk on different severs and with different people that are outside of Blockland?

Can you make a way to manipulate already downloaded GUIs (things like setText and bitmap)? I really need it. (or is there a way to already do this?)

could someone copy and past the pdf file in a txt file and attach it, because my acrobat reader is broken and I can't get it work correctly?

Yes, that PDF simply crashes Reader 7. Old, I know, but I don't want to have that loving Adobe download manager stuff annoying me like it did on my older computer.

Modifying GUI on-the-fly is still being sorted out but you might not see it until RTB4.

If someone downloads an RTB Gui, then you modify it and overwrite your old file, will the person re-download the new gui? Or will they stick with the old one?

RTB GUI isn't saved, it's just instantiated as the server sends it instead. There's no caching at the moment although this is planned for 3.1 - and there will be some sort of CRC comparison to see if you have the correct version of the GUI.

Ok so i registered my old ID with my name but i want to register my new id to the name of Hugums. how to unregister old id?

I would have to delete your account. Is your old id deactivated/deleted?

Suggestion: On the mod manager, when you receive an update for an add-on, there should be a button to go view the file, so you may see the change log. Or some other way to see what's been updated.

Or a changelog button to the left/right of the mod in the update window. Pops open a message box that reads the changelog.

Yes, do this. Please :P

When you submit updates, there should be a place to put the updates(like a list) the the above.^

You can put updates. It's just that you have to go and find the mod to see what changed.
