"players" are the sum of the players in every server, RTB players means they're online.

The stats shown in the graph actually account for users that aren't in a public server and exclude them from figures, but that data can be stale by up to 5 minutes at a time so you can sometimes get instances like this.

And how the hell can you count that?

RTB clients report their current server back to the RTB master server every 5 minutes, and the RTB master server can then determine whether the server they're on is public or not based on whether the IP they gave is listed on the BL master server.

I'm assuming people without RTB not in a server don't get counted?

Well yeah there's no way to count those guys anyway. I can only count total players in all servers, then total RTB players in public servers, and that's what's displayed in the statistics.

He doesn't have to tell us stuff.
So you're just making this up?

That's the thing. Only Ephi knows. I could be wrong for all I know (based on info from one of the people who are supposedly has a reserved spot). If It's wrong, then I'll need to check my info.

How about don't pull stuff out of your ass unless you have a source from someone who runs the thing?

Inquiry: Ephialtes, if you find free time, could you make a minor update to Macro Saver whereas it uses fileDelete? I made a topic about it in Suggestions and Requests with my version, but I'm sure you can do better.

I've decided to close the RTB forums until there's actually a reason for them to exist. I've closed them as effectively as I can considering all of RTB's user-facing functionality is based on phpBB at the moment. It's just the download system/other utilities that are available now. I'll be continuing to move functionality over to the new site.

When is RTB V.4 coming out?

When is RTB V.4 coming out?

I guess Ephialtes deleted his post, but he once said he'd bar anyone from the beta for asking. Then again, you're asking the full version. The beta was planned long ago, and keeps getting delayed to become cooler. You should never ask specific or generic areas for something to reach peak awesomeness.

And just to clarify: Since he deleted the post, and the fact so many people disobey it either because they can't read or it's obviously so far back, he doesn't care anymore.

Tom

I think the File search engine needs to handle spaces better. Earlier today I searched "Stuntplane" on the mod manger, but I found nothing because it is listed as "Stunt Plane".

Uh... Well that seems a bit obvious...

Regardless, it's a reasonable request. I'm sure there are more mods out there with questionable spacing.
