Author Topic: Ever broke a computer key?  (Read 4131 times)

I broke my S key, but it's just the button.  I can still type that S.

I'm a little shy coming back after a few months.

No I haven't because I don't jump around like a loving monkey on drugs while typing. also, it helps not to be angry and german.

I've had my WASD keys not respond very well after long nights of gaming, but no permanent damage.

just recently i spilled apple juice on my keyboard, everything worked fine after wiping it with a towel and leaving it in the sun. although for two days some keys would be sticky, as in a delay of poping back up after pushed

I broke my spacebar once. It would still type, but the key was loose

i broke 2 keys, no wait 3

I acidentally a whole keyboard.

I don't have any broken keys, but I intentionally remove my caps lock key because my left pinky has nerve damage and has a bad tendency to hit that key instead of shift. That and it has a hard time of leaving the shift key so every now and then, words show up like the listed example "COmputer FOrensics" ANd all thanks to a Nerf football. (See what I mean? :/)

):

The worst my current keyboard has gotten is burrito on it.
My last one smelled like play-doh, even though I never actually had play-doh near that keyboard.
Hopefully that gives you an idea of how clean i tend to be around my computer.

I broke the W key on my laptop. :s

some times i remove my space key and others just because i can :3

I broke my S key, but it's just the button.  I can still type that S.
