So here I am, now under the weather, ill, not really sure with what. But the docs assured me it was neither of the following: Swine flu, lupis, cancer, aids, stds, a tumor, ulcers, or ebola. I either have a really bad cold or a weak form of the regular flu. I doubt it's the flu because I don't feel like puking at all.

Discuss how an illness ruined your fun.

I got dengue fever once. Was not fun.

Worst thing an illness does for me (besides feeling like I'm regularly getting punched in the stomach) is giving me extra homework from the day I missed.

This I'm dreading as well. My teachers don't give credit for late work, so you're lucky. :(

I've had mono for the past few weeks.

During the first two weeks of it I felt like absolute stuff, I couldn't leave the house or even move, for that matter. It's been clearing up and I've felt fine for a while, but apparently it sticks around in your system for a few weeks.

You always have mono, but the symptoms don't really ever come back. You can pass it on to other people, usually by kissing or sharing food/drinks

I got a flu 2 years ago on a ski trip.
I had to vomit, or puke up air every 26 minutes.

I missing 8 hours of skiing. D:

Strepp throat. :(

Atleast I got to take oatmeal baths.

Day two, my back is killing me, so I can't lie down comfortably to sleep. This would be a perfect time to have a girlfriend to spoil me with a back rub and breakfast in bed. :(

I was ill, and lying in bed playing gaems.
Then I accidentally puked over my DS D:
Luckily it wasn't broken, but it still stinks worse than stuff.

I always keep a bag next to me when I'm ill.

I've never been one to throw up when I'm sick. I could never figure out why, but it doesn't happen for me. Last time I actually threw up from being sick was back in the 6th grade. That's why I can't really tell if it's the flu or just a bad cold.
