Most likely it, Since This is not the computer I was on during the Summer. I think my dad can find a Better card for me, Where do I check for the type of graphics card that I need?

Theres dump files in the steamaps/username/garrysmod directory. Take all of them, zip it up and send it to garry. You are on your own on getting his email.

ugh.... If you really want it gone you may have to reinstall steam.
It might forget you're level in a game but that's a small price to pay.

When steam stopped working I just reinstalled it and now everything is fine again.
