One time I was playing versus on No Mercy, and almost half the people there were whining about how they wanted to do a different campaign, even though we were at the last chapter and we would change campaigns soon anyway.
So they kept throwing out votes to change to any other campaign and would not stop and just play the game. Everyone of their campaign change votes were failed yet somehow, every time someone told them to stop spamming votes, that person ended up being vote kicked.
