Gradual, of course.
Oh, well as long as it wasn't all at once, because then we'd have an issue.  How long did that take you, anyway? :u

hey hey, the new city is looking good. Great job you guys =D
Also, promoting "social" laws could do some good to the tension in the server, but other than that, the current improved laws look fantastic.
Awesome job Nili =P

When I meant suggestions, I meant specific rules, not just some vague category.  Or at least, if you're so content with giving me a vague category, provide some examples.

Basically, when I say Social laws, I mean People's rights. For instance, everyone has the right of free trial (Testimony against banishment), everyone has freedom of speech (Criticism against new laws, ordinances, and administrative power), and everyone has freedom of respect (The right to not be discriminated by administrators through personal matters).
These laws make administrators more reliable judgements to certain situations, and allow people the feeling of freedom.
HOWEVER, I understand that not all federal systems can profit from this, or it may not be necessary because of the strength the people already hold, but it could be considered.

Please note: I use these techniques in my own City, however, my city is more intent on government than others are, so this group of rights could be of no use.

(For instance, my city can elect mayors through scripts, can adjusts taxes, and sustain an economy which changes constantly, depending on the amount of lots and paychecks that are getting shipped out and into the Governmental funds.)

Thank you for your consideration! Happy holidays!

Um, how about no.

First of all, as long as you're not caught with your pants down, you have the right to argue a ban, as long as it's not "i ws inosent u cigarettet", and you show reasonable evidence.  Second, I don't really discriminate as far as personal matters go.  I might get excited when I get to demo some moron's build whose been a pest to me, but the rules don't change.  Can't speak for Swat, but generally, unless you really piss us off, we don't ban on personal things.  Case: Johny3Tears, LeetZero, Quazimoka, etc, etc

And finally, who says admins don't make reliable judgments?  The only time I am unsure in taking action is when someone tells me how Bob broke a rule but doesn't really provide reasonable proof.  So really, players are just as responsible for making sure admins make proper judgment by giving them the right information.

Ahaha! You take this as a punch in the stomach! I did not direct this at you, you take this the wrong way! I am just sharing ideas that seem to work in my own City. Like I said, this city is a lot bigger, and a lot more populated, so this could probably be of no use. Thank's for the consideration however.

Edit: Second point, got it =p

Like I said on the server, I was just speaking for myself, since I can't speak for the other admins.  Didn't take it personally.

Quite awhile. Btw,

Ammo buying via terminals seems to be forgeted up.

Remember how it seemed strange 1a was selling so many AK47s?
He's glitching them up, along with flamethrowers. And here's how:

-snip-
You have three chainsaws? And you couldn't give me one.

alright guys i've got an idea for you, as an answer to people doing things like making invincible houses and traps under their front doors etc etc

modular evented systems are smaller builds (like duplications) that players can place from the brick menu that serve the same functions as normal events would without allowing people to make incredibly powerful superfortresses with onblownup events

basically it's a way to make sure people get their events and can make reasonably secure locations and easy-to-use markets easily and intuitively

of course these things would have to be priced relative to how powerful they are: say, a "locked door" MES would cost either a few hundred dollars or so while a "dispenser" would cost about as much as it would cost to make the item in the first place (rounded to the nearest hundred)

When the lumber prices are the lowest, how do they go back up?

Probably people buying lumber or something.
