Thanks to Swat725 and MrCookie, the construction of the brand new hospital is underway! Soon the doctors and interns will have a place to work stress free under the architecturally enhanced sleek new hospital.

That hospital is looking great. I like it a lot, aalong with fob's and Mrcookie's builds.

Server lagged incredibly much today.
It had 24/27 players.

I suggest that max players should get decreased.

Today, there was 24 people in the server.
Most of them, where AFK, about 15 of them.
It was damn right laggy, either way we really need a AFKkicker, because they're just going AFK and when people come it gets damn right laggy.

The IRC Spam was done because of the server, of the actions done in the server (Also the reason why most of the /whis spam or chat spam).
But fine, if you say so.

Suggestion:

Lumber lock. Lumber prices should not be allowed to go less than a price, like 0,5$ and also not higher than a price, 1,5$.
When doing lumber price relating stuff (building etc.) there should be a random value (1-10) if the random value is <2 (1;2) the price is highered. If the value is other numbers it stays the same.

I don't care where it started, we really can't do stuff about it.  It would be wrong to punish someone on the server for being an ass to you outside of the server.
And I'm pretty sure there is a minimum price that lumber can't dip below, unless that suddenly stopped working.
