It gets me money(CityRP - BlockCity, you name it) for people who hide and will give money to whoever finds them.

you don't really need a gamemode for this, just TDM, invisibility watches and a flamethrower

give one team invisibility watches, and try to get them to survive until time runs out

give the other team (one person) a flamethrower, pyro mask, etc, and have him try to burninate the other team
