Red Faction II Error

I recently purchased Red Faction: Guerrilla off of Steam, and with it came Red Faction I, and II. I've played through and beaten Red Faction I, but I want to play II while Guerrilla downloads. My problem is, the game thinks I need a disk... which I obviously don't have after buying it off of Steam. So, how do I fix this?
