I might try, I have very little experience modeling low poly things, but I will try.  It might have to just be the jet/shuttle and not the booster, I am not sure if you could make it so that it will fall off.  But I will have to start tomorrow.
This thing would not be as smooth as it is in the pictures to save poly count, but I won't just give you a cube with wings. ;)

Also, somebody should make a build of spaceport america;

The whole vehicle would need to be smoother and the wings that stick up stretch back more. Octagons might be good. :D

If the whole body was too smooth, then this would lag from all the faces, but I will try to make it a bit smoother.
The wings can be fixed easily, and ok, octagons for windows.  I'll get right on this and edit my post near the top of the page when I'm done.  Does anyone know if you can make it so the plane can drop the booster by clicking?  I dont think it's possible, but if it is, that will be awesome.

By the way, this thing goes at about 20 mpm (miles per minute) or 1,200 mph, should I make it slower for the vehicle in blockland?

I think that the plane should go as fast as it should normally go and the shuttle that drops goes as fast as the vehicle "Missile". The shuttle should go pretty fast ut not uncontrollably fast, lol.

I'm not sure you can split a vehicle, so this might just have to be the shuttle part.  Also, you are saying it should go as fast as it does in real life, but still be controllable?  I'll try.

Nice. :D. I think that the  three higher windows should be on the top of the shuttle. Theres also this 2 small wings on the big wing.
