In the Jedi Knight games (best Star Wars games besides Super Star Wars and the X-wing series) there's yellow lightsabers.

And I can counter with the fact that there are no double-bladed or purple lightsabers in Star Wars because episodes 1-3 sucked so bad it's not even funny.
