TechEval in itself is pure bullstuff. It actually allows all your Super Admins to kill your Blockland. It's like giving children a nuclear warhead.

well I heard of it but I have no clue how it works, this might explain the vehicles with names I saw the other day

It's basically like a console. Like normal console where only host can use it. 'Cept in Eval, all your Super Admins can use YOUR console. There's a command that can delete everything in your Add-ons folder, crashing your BL.

How would that benefit anyone?

Two wrongs does not make a right.  Sure, truce shouldn't be doing this in the first place, but why do you even use eval commands?  I doubt they really serve a purpose.  What's the point?  All it has ever done is cause trouble.  I've seen it used to prevent bans, and now delete files.
