Mike (Panterra), you have a good idea, yet Ronin and HDA have good points. Regardless, though, just posting something like 'Not up to USSR standards' isn't too great for the person applying. Additional comments like 'needs more detail', 'not completely accurate', or 'too simple' would be great.
