I'm Catholic.  So what?  You just need to watch out for zealots.  Those people are bad people.  Now I'm not pointing any fingers at any Muslims or anything...

So um, hows school?

Catholicism is a sect of Christianity. Stop acting like it isn't. Also, if this figure is correct, I have a lot of roosterslapping to do.
I know it's sect, but of all the Abrahamic religions, those two are the most closely related, thus they are often grouped.
Arguably, Christianity is a sect of Judaism, anyway, if my memory from AP World last year serves me right.

If ye were disagreeing with me, that is.

All 3 Abrahamic religions are very similar.  One of Judaism's and Christianity's main differences is the new testament.  The Muslims have their Qur'an.  But regarding your Christianity and Catholic sect thing, and for those who don't know, Christianity used to be one unified religion.  Assuming memory serves, Rome and Byzantium disagreed on a few things and split off into two religions: Roman Catholicism and Orthodox Christianity.  Us Catholics got to keep the Pope.  :D  Later on, some people like Martin Luther got pissed off at the church for good reason and split off and made their numerous protestant religions.  So now, we have 50 loving million different Christian sects with often minor variations in their beliefs.  What a mess right?
