Where do YOU think the TF2 Pyro is from?

Judging by his gas mask, I'd say he's either Canadian or Korean. I think it's more likely that he's from korea, due to the fact that, on the Canadian gas masks, the filter is on the wrong side of the mask.

Korean

Another possibility is that, like the heavy, he is from russia. Russia and Germany are the only two nations I know of that have latex or leather gas masks that cover the wearer's head completely. Also, out of those two nations, Russia is the only one to have had black gas masks.

He's from somewhere in Europe. Cause he is voiced by the Spy :3

Damn Spy, are you Italian of French god damnit?

The spy is french. That should be obvious, due to the fact that he said "Aah, my petite chou-fleur." at the end of Meet The Spy, which means "small cauliflower". Weird, huh?

Many gas masks look alike.

Not as many as you might think. The four posted above are the only ones that even come close to looking like the pyro's. On a separate note, the Combine civil protection mask is based on this:

Her Gas mask. More then likely American.

Okay, the pyro's gender is a matter of dispute, but we're not discussing it's gender. Also, I doubt that the pyro is American. There are already three American characters, and if you take the gas mask into consideration, it seems even less likely.

The pyro being a male Russian seems the most likely.

Based on HIS build and the pitch of HIS voice, HE is a MALE.

Also, a female pyro

Fact 1: The spy also used Italian words in-game. Plus his french accent sucks, if you can even call that an attempt to sound french. And its not so weird in french, name for a lover...well, yeah, thats obvious, cause the spy and the scouts mom are 2gatha4eva

Also, a female pyro

I have used that skin for god only knows how long.
I think he/she/it may be Mexican for some reason, don't ask me why.
It could also maybe be Asian, though I feel stronger with Mexican.
-Edit-
I doubt Gas Masks matter. When Valve modeled it off of something, i'm not sure they would take it's origins as the Pyro's nationality.

The pyro lives in a volcano somewhere.

She's american and the spy is french. End of story.

Scout and Engineer.  One from New Jersey(something to that effect) and one from texas.

It's obviously from my house
